Hale embarked on his journey in the financial services industry in 1997, serving as a banker at Hancock Whitney bank. His unwavering quest for knowledge led him to achieve his FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses in 2006, all while honing his skills as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch. Hale has ability in delivering tailored financial solutions, encompassing employer-sponsored retirement plans, individual investment guidance, and life insurance strategies. His approach to financial advice is deeply client-centered, ensuring each client receives a personalized solution aligned with their unique needs.
Before his tenure at MAG CAP, Hale made significant contributions as a Senior Wealth Management Advisor at LPL Financial, where he founded and managed the Community Wealth Management program for Community Bank of Mississippi. Also, he gained valuable experience in trust management during his tenure at Pinnacle Trust Company in Madison.
Hale’s roots trace back to Ocean Springs, and he proudly holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from The University of Southern Mississippi. He also holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation, a testament to his profound understanding of fiduciary principles, ethical standards, and the responsible management of investor assets.
Outside of the financial world, Hale finds joy in his family life with his wife, Angela Russo, in their residence on the Gulf Coast. They are devoted members of The Church of the Highlands and relish their time spent with their son and their loyal Labrador retriever, “Dude.”
